Montell Construction’s compensation is among the highest in the nation; strongest wages and bonuses, auto & health allowances, vacation and rest times! We work Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm (NO weekends and NO overnights). The vast majority of our work is here at home in the Greater Grand Rapids area, meaning a lot less travel!
